A Horizontal Comparative Analysis and Evaluation of Gmail and Hotmail

Hotmail's interface is prettier and its functions are more "focused". From the login method, to the selection of colors and templates, as well as reading emails, it is more user-friendly. The drawback is that it is too slow and has too many ads. Gmail's functions are getting stronger and stronger, such as chatting, reading DOC and PPT documents, etc., and who knows, one day it might be able to directly edit documents. Its drawback is that the interface is too simple, and the speed is not ideal either. In terms of the user-friendliness of reading emails, it should learn from Hotmail.
