March 31 of last year was a sad day for tens of thousands of players around the world; the famous real-time strategy game studio WESTWOOD was officially closed by its parent company - Electronic Arts on that day. The core development team members with rich experience were transferred to the newly established EA Los Angeles Studio. This new studio, composed of 70% of WESTWOOD members, replaced the former and became the largest game development department of Electronic Arts worldwide, and continued to develop the historically significant real-time strategy game "Command & Conquer".
