In 2011, Beijing Baili Outbound Training Company set out on a mission to the Damyan Grassland of Hebei Province. On this vast grassland closest to Beijing, Baili and the participants shared in the awe and joy that the grasslands brought us. There, we could laugh out loud, ride horses, camp, ride all-terrain vehicles, and engage in outdoor orientation activities. One beautiful scene after another made us reluctant to leave. Departing from Beijing, passing through Huairou and Fengning, we arrived at Datan Town in Hebei Province, where the grasslands stretched before our eyes. A four-hour journey may sound far, but once you're on the road, you'll find the scenery along the way too captivating to look away. Sleep? Impossible! How could you not feast your eyes on such beautiful scenery? The blue sky, the green grass, herds of cattle and sheep grazing leisurely on the grasslands—standing there and shouting freely will invigorate you. Conducting an outdoor training session in this earthly paradise is an indescribable pleasure. Why not come here and enjoy it, away from the confines of the office? For outbound training on the grasslands, we usually recommend team-based activities: "Message Relay," sitting neatly on the grass under the blue sky without any soundproof barriers; "Water Retrieval Through Thorns," where the length of the rope determines the size of the thorns, and you no longer have to worry about falling and hurting yourself; "Crossing the Electric Fence," where suddenly on the flat, endless grasslands, an electrified net appears—but don't worry, let's cheer each other on and conquer it together. Many people lose their sense of direction on the grasslands, making it an ideal place for orientation challenges. Why not try a grand orientation challenge on the grasslands? The food and accommodation on the grasslands are what everyone loves most. Clean and cozy farm courtyards serve as Beijing's outbound training base. Even if you're a team of 100 people, you can all stay in one courtyard. The evening barbecue lamb marks the beginning of everyone's enjoyment of life. Talking about the grasslands, one must mention the roasted lamb. The roasted lamb from the Damyan Grasslands is very distinctive—roasting while tearing with hands, eating large chunks of roasted mutton gives you the feeling of being a Mongolian Khan. Beijing's summer is extremely hot, but on the grasslands, you need to cover yourself with a blanket at night. This natural air conditioning helps you temporarily forget the summer heat. Riding horses, yes, the thrilling horseback riding! Once you ride on the grasslands, you'll find that the horses you've ridden before were like tame pets. The horses here give no quarter. Are you ready for 2012? If so, let's go for an outbound training adventure on the grasslands together.
