Plot:

Thorny, Rabbit, Mac, and Foster are a group of Vermont state troopers stationed near the Canadian border. They spend most of their days on the highway tormenting speeders and joyriding in the sports cars they confiscate.

In normal times, they fully support their mentor, Captain O’Hagen, who is like a kind father to them, and try to stay out of contact with the inexperienced and stubborn Officer Rod Farva. Unfortunately, their low-profile work has not caught anyone's attention: the government, aiming to cut budgets, has already placed their underdog outpost on the list for closure.

These men attempt to improve their working style, but it’s no easy task to change their brazen ways, especially when faced with law enforcement challenges. At just the right moment, the local Erlvale Police Department seizes the opportunity, doing everything possible to shut down this outpost.
