Shop assistant dies after phone explodes near chest

A suspected mobile phone explosion occurred in Lenovo's specialty store on Donghuinan Road in Yuexiu District of Guangzhou. A 20-year-old man from other place had his carotid artery broken, and died on the scene. Local residents responded that this man was a shop assistant who was working there at that time. The tragedy was caused by the sudden explosion of the mobile phone in the left chest pocket.
