10900 yuan RMB, Apple iPhone 3G arrives in Beijing at an exorbitant price

On July 21, 2008, the Apple iPhone 3G (unofficial version) finally arrived in Beijing. The quoted prices for the 8GB and 16GB versions were 8990 yuan and 10900 yuan respectively, with accessories including a charger, data cable, headphones, and a SIM card ejector tool. The currently available iPhone 3G is the Hong Kong version, which can be used directly without unlocking. However, the price is significantly higher than the $199 claimed by Steve Jobs.

In terms of hardware configuration, the screen parameters and camera of the iPhone 3G are identical to those of its predecessor, with improvements only in some details of the body design. However, due to the addition of a GPS navigation module in the iPhone 3G, its functionality is more comprehensive than that of its predecessor. Additionally, the adjustment of the headphone jack and the inclusion of a SIM card removal tool represent welcome improvements made by Apple from the user's perspective.
