The Beijing Olympic torch relay at Mount Everest has been successfully concluded. All 19 mountaineering team members carrying the sacred flame reached the summit and passed on the Olympic flame there. The successful passing of the sacred flame at the peak of Mount Everest, lit up the world's highest mountain for the first time, creating a new record of the Olympic flame reaching the Third Pole of the World.
