Liu Zheng, Vice General Manager of the Market Department of the Jiuruisan Waterfall Group Scenic Area, introduced that as of 4 PM on May 1st, the scenic area's visitor traffic reached 26,000 people, with nearly 2 million yuan in ticket revenue. "The overall situation is more bustling than last year's Labor Day, with a 30% increase in visitor traffic," he said. He indicated that based on the parking lot vehicle conditions, many visitors came from places like Hebei and Tianjin.

■ Hongye Valley Ecological Civilization Tourism Area

With recent clear weather and rising temperatures, the crocuses in the Hongye Valley Ecological Cultural Tourism Area are in full bloom, attracting many tourists for flower appreciation and spring outings.

Staff informed reporters that on the first day of the "May Day" mini-holiday, the tourist reception volume increased by 13% compared to the same period last year, with local tourists exceeding 40%, an increase of 10 percentage points over last year.

During this short holiday, the Shui Lian Xia Scenic Area launched the "Happy May Day Week." On May 1st, the "stars" of the Wildlife World took the stage for competitions: the bear "Dou Dou" jumping over obstacles, "Wo Wo" walking upside down on parallel bars, golden tiger rolling drums...
