Introduction to the TV series "Domain of Sin":

The newly appointed Secretary of the Shenzhen Municipal Committee, Zheng Yigan, firmly implements the instructions of the Provincial Party Committee, conducts investigations on the restructuring of state-owned assets, and requests the public security organs and judicial departments to create a stable social environment for the economic takeoff of Shenzhen.
