Plot Summary:

Since he was a child, Shijie (played by Jay Chou) grew up in a kung fu school, mastering excellent martial arts skills and possessing an extraordinary sense of touch. By accident, he displays his legendary "mid-range jump shot" skills and catches the eye of Uncle Li (played by Eric Tsang), a street-smart hustler full of clever ideas. Uncle Li convinces Shijie to join the basketball team at First University under the pretense of helping him find his family, but in reality, he plans to use Shijie's talents for financial gain.

After joining the team, Shijie doesn't expect the challenges from the captain...
