On November 10, the widely publicized case of obscene photos of Yan Fengjiao, a female guest on the TV show "If You Are The One," was announced in the Shanghai No. 1 Intermediate People's Court. Defendant Cai Guangming was sentenced to five years in prison for organizing obscene performances and inciting mass debauchery, fined 20,000 RMB, and expelled from the country.

In 2010, some "obscene photos" circulated online, with the female protagonist suspected to be Yan Fengjiao, known as the "purest female guest" on Jiangsu Satellite TV's "If You Are The One." Subsequently, Yan Fengjiao admitted that she was the female protagonist in the photos, but stated that the "obscene photos" were taken under "violent threats." Afterwards, Yan Fengjiao reported the incident to the Shanghai police.

In 2011, the defendant Cai Guangming (CHUANOLIALCANTARA) was criminally detained on suspicion of organizing obscene performances, and later arrested on suspicion of organizing obscene performances and inciting mass debauchery. It is understood that the defendant Cai Guangming is male, born in 1971, and holds Philippine nationality.

After investigation by the court, it was found that between February and November 2009, Cai Guangming and three accomplices (handled separately) organized multiple "large-scale" nude photography sessions involving several models, and also organized nearly 40 obscene performances in some hotels and inns in Shanghai, taking over 1,300 obscene photos. Additionally, between September 2009 and January 2010, Cai Guangming organized mass debauchery activities seven times in hotel rooms in some inns and hotels in Shanghai.

The court made a first-instance judgment: Cai Guangming was guilty of organizing obscene performances, sentenced to four years in prison, fined 20,000 RMB, and expelled from the country; guilty of inciting mass debauchery, sentenced to one year and six months in prison and expelled from the country. It was decided to combine sentences, resulting in a total of five years in prison, a fine of 20,000 RMB, and expulsion from the country. Cai Guangming's laptop computer, used as a tool for crime, was confiscated.
