Registered constructors will be managed by information cards since June, 2009 - Wenzhou Vocational Training Network

From Wenzhou Garden Bureau, Wenzhou will implement information card management for registered constructors (including those with constructor practice certificate and temporary constructor practice certificate) who are engaged in municipal engineering construction management within the administrative region of Wenzhou from June this year. From now on, registered constructors in our Wenzhou city will apply for information cards when they newly receive their practice certificates and seals. Those who have already obtained the practice certificate must go to the Wenzhou Municipal Garden Bureau before May 30th to apply for the information card. For enterprises outside Wenzhou that file for record in Wenzhou, their registered constructors entering Wenzhou must also go to the Wenzhou Municipal Garden Bureau to apply for the information card. Information card application, change, reissue and other relevant matters will be uniformly handled by the enterprise as a unit. If the registered constructor terminates the labor relationship with the enterprise, the information card shall be recovered by the enterprise and submitted to the Wenzhou Municipal Garden Bureau for cancellation. The information card will be kept by the registered constructor themselves and must be presented for inspection by relevant departments when participating in municipal engineering bidding, management and other activities. The local construction administrative authorities in our Wenzhou should timely record and cancel the project status of registered constructors in the "Wenzhou Registered Constructor Information Management System" according to the authorized authority; the currently ongoing municipal engineering information will be entered into the system before May 15th.
