Participating in high-skills training can be reimbursed by the government_Wenzhou Vocational Training Network

The Wenzhou Labor and Social Security Bureau's 2009 government subsidy program for high-skilled talent training has been announced. High-skilled talents participating in the training of 25 designated trades will receive a subsidy of one thousand to three thousand yuan from the labor department. This is the fourth consecutive year that Wenzhou has launched a government subsidy program for high-skilled talent training.

This year’s training subsidy program covers advanced workers, technicians, and senior technicians in various trades such as CNC machinists, welders, fitters, maintenance electricians, cold working sheet metal workers, refrigeration equipment repairmen, garden greenery workers, logistics masters, and more. The plan aims to subsidize 1,280 people.

Eligible individuals can now register for training at each training site. Training institutions will organize enrollment according to the training plan and implement admission based on merit. After successful completion and qualification through assessment, trainees will be entitled to corresponding government subsidies.

In addition to meeting the trade and grade appraisal application conditions specified by Wenzhou, applicants must also participate in the relevant training organized by designated training institutions in Wenzhou and meet the following conditions:

1. Skilled personnel working in enterprises in Wenzhou District (excluding Xiaoshan and Yuhang Districts), or teachers engaged in teaching and internship guidance in various vocational schools and technical colleges in Wenzhou District;

2. Applicants for advanced occupational qualification training subsidies must be under 35 years old, those applying for technician occupational qualification training subsidies must be under 45 years old, and those applying for senior technician occupational qualification training subsidies must be under 50 years old;

3. Obtain the corresponding occupational qualification certificate for the designated trade and grade issued by the Wenzhou Labor and Social Security Bureau or the Zhejiang Provincial Labor and Social Security Department.
