How do I enable a new feature in Windows 7 - the Taskbar

I am sure you are looking forward to the new Taskbar in Windows 7, which I have described in detail before: more introduction and photos of the new Taskbar in Windows 7, and introduction to the new Taskbar features in Windows 7. In this version of Windows 7 M3 6801, the new taskbar is not available. Microsoft hides this feature and only enables it for individual domains and internal employees.
