The link has a picture that shows the new feature Google added to its search results: one is an upward-pointing arrow, and the other is an "X". If you are satisfied with a search result, you can click the arrow; if not, click the "X". This way, during future searches, satisfactory results will be marked with a "*" symbol, while unsatisfactory ones will simply not be displayed.
