Interstellar travel has always been a dream of mankind, but transportation is a major issue. In the science fiction TV series "Star Trek," people use dark matter to allow future spaceships to enter a "space-time bubble" and increase their speed under the influence of invisible forces. Recently, physicist Gerald Cleaver and graduate student Richard Orbousy from Baylor University in the United States published an article on the physics website arXiv.org stating that the above concept is entirely feasible. Theoretically, a spaceship using a dark matter energy engine could travel faster than the speed of light, which would be enough to spark a revolution in space travel.
