My weight loss story

I wasn't a fat girl during my college days. I was 162 cm tall and weighed 103 jin (51.5 kg), with regular features, and I could also be considered a beauty. However, since I started working after graduation, my life has been irregular, and I often indulge in heavy eating and drinking, once gaining weight up to 116 jin (58 kg). My figure was still relatively even, and at that time, I didn't think it was necessary to lose weight. I would just shout the slogan "I want to lose weight!" before each meal. But I just couldn't control my mouth. Later, when I reached 138 jin (69 kg), I realized that I really needed to lose some weight. When I went shopping on the street, the most common sentence I heard was: "Sorry, this piece of clothing doesn't come in your size." I was so depressed! So I made up my mind to lose weight and get rid of the extra meat on my body!

I devised a weight loss plan: an apple and a cucumber for breakfast every day, eating until half-satisfied for lunch, and a cup of yogurt for dinner. This continued for a week, but my weight only dropped by three jin (1.5 kg). Oh my God! When will I be able to slim down? I felt like I couldn't keep going, feeling weak all over, limp and soft, and drooling while watching TV food programs. So, one night I went out for a meal. When I got home and weighed myself, I had gained five jin (2.5 kg) again. How frustrating!

Friends said that only burning calories can truly help with weight loss. My previous method of dieting was wrong and could lead to malnutrition. I decided to change my approach and adopt exercise as a means of weight loss, which should be the healthiest way to lose weight.

On the first morning, I spun a hula hoop for half an hour, jogged slowly for half an hour in the afternoon, and did an hour of aerobic fitness exercises in the evening. The next morning, I stepped on the scale and found that I had lost one jin (0.5 kg). This was the biggest encouragement for my weight loss efforts. On the second day, I lost another jin, and on the third day, I lost four liang (0.2 kg)... I was losing weight every day. After about half a month of persistence, fat people are generally lazy, and I don't know when I stopped exercising, so I didn't want to do it anymore. When I weighed myself, I had gained back the weight I had lost, making me even more frustrated!

What should I do? Neither dieting nor exercise worked for me. It seemed like I was destined to be overweight! A friend recommended a weight loss pill called "Le Shou Weight Loss Capsules" (http://www.jianfeijiaonang.com). I was previously hesitant to take weight loss pills because I had heard they had many side effects and I didn't dare to try them easily. Friends all said Le Shou is a pure natural green medicine, certified by the state, with no toxic side effects. I thought it wouldn't hurt to try it first, so I bought a box of "Le Shou" with my friend (each person ate half, if it didn't work, we wouldn't continue to avoid harming our bodies). After eating it for a week, I found that I didn't like greasy things anymore, and my appetite gradually shifted towards liking lighter foods. When I weighed myself, I had lost five jin (2.5 kg). This was too easy! So, I rushed to the pharmacy and immediately bought a course of "Le Shou". After three months, I am now down to 112 jin (56 kg), returning to my standard figure. All thanks to "Le Shou Weight Loss Capsules". If you also want to lose weight, you can try it! This is based on my personal experience, absolutely no falsehood! iddy0002
