The average temperatures in Northeast China, Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, Huai River-Jiangsu region, Jiangnan, northern South China, Sichuan Basin, and Guizhou are expected to be 1-3℃ lower than the long-term average for the same period. Temperatures in the rest of the country will generally remain close to or slightly higher than the long-term average.

Meanwhile, light to moderate rain (or snow) is expected in Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, eastern Northwest China, southern Huang-Huai region, and eastern Southwest China, with most areas receiving 3-15 millimeters of precipitation.

In the next 10 days, overcast and rainy weather will be common in South China, with daily average temperatures in the northern part ranging from 8-12℃ and above 15℃ in the southern part.

From 8:00 AM on the 9th to 8:00 AM on the 10th, light to moderate rain (or snow) is expected in eastern Northwest China, western North China, and most southern areas; light snow is expected in Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and northern Northeast China.

In the next 10 days, Yunnan, southern Sichuan, and other meteorological drought areas will have little to no precipitation.

**Spring Planting Weather in South China**

From the 5th to the 8th, persistent overcast and rainy weather is expected in most southern areas, with rainfall reaching 70-130 millimeters in some parts of Jiangnan and northern South China.

In the next 10 days, most winter wheat areas in the north will receive less precipitation.

After the 13th, another round of precipitation will move from west to east across southern areas.

From 8:00 AM on the 10th to 8:00 AM on the 11th, light to moderate rain is expected in most southern areas; light snow is expected in western Xinjiang, eastern Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, and northeastern Northeast China.

From the 12th to the 14th, strong winds and temperature drops are expected in North China and Northeast China. After the 13th, another round of precipitation will move from west to east across southern areas.

On the 5th, weak snow or rain is expected in southern Henan, central Shanxi, and southern and eastern Shandong winter wheat areas, with precipitation generally ranging from 1-5 millimeters. From the 7th to the 8th, some areas in southwestern Shanxi and Henan may receive 1-8 millimeters of precipitation. Other times and areas will generally have no precipitation.
