Suspected Fake Eggs

"The yolk color is unusually light, and the egg white is like jelly. I suspect that I have bought fake eggs." Yesterday, citizen Mr. Zhou reported through our newspaper hotline 96669, suspecting that he had purchased fake eggs at a supermarket.
Mr. Zhou lives in Shangdong Lvyu near Donggang Road and Tangu South Street. Last Saturday, his wife, Ms. Zhang, bought several pounds of red-shelled eggs from a nearby supermarket. On the evening of the 2nd, Mr. Zhou was preparing to fry some eggs when he cracked open two eggs and found that the yolk of one of them was very light in color. At that moment, Mr. Zhou felt something was off. Out of curiosity, he touched it with his hand and found that the egg white was like jelly, while the yolk was also very hard and elastic. After careful consideration, Mr. Zhou decided not to eat this "abnormal" egg.
Unexpectedly, on the morning of the 3rd, when Mr. Zhou was preparing to use eggs to fry bread sticks, among the three eggs he cracked, another "abnormal" egg appeared.
"Although I know that most chicken farms nowadays are feed-based, and the eggs produced are not as yellow as the original free-range eggs, they can't be this light!" Mr. Zhou said excitedly. He mentioned that he had occasionally encountered similar eggs with lighter colors before, but never in such large quantities. "No wonder the eggs are so cheap; they are fake. And there are too many."
In the afternoon of yesterday, the reporter went to Mr. Zhou's home. There was an "abnormal" egg on the kitchen cutting board in a bowl. "Look, the color is all wrong. It's terrifying," Ms. Zhang then took out a bag of eggs from the refrigerator.
At the reporter's request, Ms. Zhang agreed to crack open some eggs for observation. The reporter picked up an egg randomly, and it looked no different from a normal egg on the outside. After cracking it, the egg white and yolk slid into the bowl immediately. The yolk's color was close to "lemon yellow", and its color was very similar to the egg white. The egg white was divided into two layers: one tightly surrounded the yolk, while the other floated on the surface. Touching the inner layer of egg white, it felt like jelly, firm and elastic, and could even be pulled along the edge of the bowl with force. Once pulled, the layers of the egg became more distinct. Besides the light color, the yolk was also very elastic, sliding aside when poked.
Ms. Zhang then took out another egg from the refrigerator, which was a home-raised egg brought by her mother from her hometown. After cracking it and comparing it with the "abnormal" egg, the difference was very obvious. The boundary between the yolk and the egg white of the home-raised egg was very clear. The egg white was bright in color, the yolk was orange-yellow, and pressing it down felt soft.
The reporter cracked a total of five eggs, among which two were "abnormal" eggs. "Almost every household consumes eggs daily. If there are fake eggs, how can our health be guaranteed? I hope the relevant authorities will regulate this quickly," Ms. Zhang worriedly said.
