According to reports (reporter Yuan Guoli) a man surnamed Jin went to a foot massage parlor for prostitution. After the act, he held a knife and demanded back the money he paid to the prostitute then fled. Unluckily for him, a few days later the two met again in a supermarket, the prostitute reported it to the police and Jin was arrested. A reporter learned yesterday from Changping Procuratorate that Jin was approved to be arrested on suspicion of robbery. In early December last year one evening, Jin wanted to find a prostitute but didn't want to spend the money, so he prepared a fruit knife and planned to pay first then demand his money back. Jin came to a foot massage parlor near Huilongguan and agreed on 300 yuan with a prostitute. After they had sex, Jin handed over the 300 yuan. A few minutes later, after confirming there was no one else in the store, Jin took out the prepared fruit knife and threatened her to get his money back. Jin then fled with the money. At around 8 PM on December 12 last year, the prostitute was shopping at a supermarket near Huilongguan and surprisingly found Jin also shopping in the same supermarket, so she secretly called the police who arrived and captured Jin. The prosecutor stated that robbing gambling funds, prostitution fees and other illegal gains still constitutes the crime of robbery, even though prostitution fees are considered illicit gains, it doesn't change the nature of the crime of robbery.
