A good idea is the cornerstone of a person's success. In the team-building activities organized by the team-building company, when doing the broken bridge project, if you lack confidence in success and do not have a positive attitude towards difficulties, it will be hard to complete the task. The team-building company gave everyone such an example during the activity: When people think about problems, they frown, and over time, there will be traces between their eyebrows, either one or two lines forming the shape of the Chinese character "川". A person who likes to pout has one side of his mouth involuntarily rising, and over time, his mouth tilts upwards slightly. A malicious person often grinds his teeth behind others' backs, and over time, the muscles on his face tighten, forming a cross muscle. A person who usually wears a smile has his eyes bend downwards when he laughs, making his eyes like two crescent moons. Over time, his eyes naturally curve downwards, and even when he doesn't laugh, it seems like he's smiling. One's appearance reflects one's inner thoughts, and these changes leave marks.

Table tennis is China's national ball. Whether it is the Olympics, Asian Games, or specialized table tennis championships and other events, most of the champions are Chinese athletes. For many years, China has firmly held the throne of table tennis champions. Therefore, many countries began to study China and table tennis. Sometimes, they would fall into a misconception, which is studying a particular athlete. Deng Yaping, Liu Guoliang, Kong Linghui, Wang Liqin... To prepare for major competitions, foreign players would carefully analyze the match recordings, observing the tactics and skills of Chinese players from various angles, finding loopholes and weaknesses, and then focusing on improving their defensive and offensive capabilities in this area.

When the next competition comes around, they come with full confidence. However, the matches are in a round-robin format. Some might spend years preparing and analyzing a specific opponent thoroughly but fail to meet the studied Chinese player due to the draw. Even after several rounds of elimination, when they finally meet the targeted opponent, foreign players are shocked because those so-called weak points have already been overcome by the Chinese players through years of training.

Where does the victory of Chinese players lie? Where does the defeat of foreign players come from? In China, table tennis is not just a sport or a competition; it is also a spirit passed down through generations. It continuously improves as each generation of athletes strives for progress. World champions do not stay stagnant after each competition. When foreigners study them, they also study themselves. They look for shortcomings from various angles in the match recordings and then find ways to make up for them. Thus, they are not afraid of being studied.

Moreover, the Chinese team has another secret to victory: new talents always emerge in every table tennis competition. Although the old players may be studied thoroughly, the emergence of young players surprises everyone. As the saying goes, table tennis in China is a kind of spiritual inheritance. Each member of the team playing table tennis does not aim to surpass a certain historical champion but rather to elevate the realm of table tennis to a higher level.

Those who study Chinese players lose precisely because of this. They devote all their energy to studying a single athlete, formulating countless plans around that person, and even dissecting the entire Chinese table tennis team meticulously. Yet, they still cannot win. This is because their initial thought process was destructive. From this, we can clearly see that thought is the premise and driving force of action. If the thought is harmonious and constructive, the result will certainly be beautiful. If the thought is destructive and chaotic, the result will undoubtedly be unfortunate. Thought is the mystery of the source of good and evil. Joy and misfortune are entirely governed by thought.
