More than 40 urine bags were thrown down from upstairs

Because apart from the building close to the roadside, people in other positions could not possibly throw them so far. Property management personnel said that on the evening of the 25th, plastic bags were thrown down at this place. Several pedestrians were hit by plastic bags. Someone reported the situation to the property management, and after searching for a long time, they still couldn't find the person who threw the plastic bags.
After the police arrived, they went to the residential building with the property management personnel to begin investigating house by house, but no one admitted that it was their family who threw the bags. A young man was hit by a "urine bag" thrown from upstairs
