Under the pretext of wanting to buy answers, they first sold cheating devices to nine people including Zhao who were about to take part in the college entrance examination, and promised to provide exam answers once the exam began.
Before the 2011 college entrance examination, the Baiyin police discovered during a security investigation operation that many students at the city's No. 2 Middle School held advertisements for "Northwest Exam Assistance."
