There are no drugs that can keep people healthy forever, but there are foods that can make us healthier the more we eat them. Recently, more than ten nutritionists from the United States jointly proposed on the American WebMD website that the following seven foods can make us younger and healthier the more we eat them.

1. Yogurt: Low-fat yogurt is the best choice as it is rich in calcium, various vitamins, protein, and potassium. In addition, the probiotics in yogurt help maintain a balanced bacterial flora in the body. If you don't like yogurt, skim milk and cheese are also good choices. Dairy products almost include all the nutrients needed by the human body, with a balanced ratio of various nutrients.

2. Eggs: Studies show that eating an egg every morning not only does not increase cholesterol levels, but also helps people consume fewer calories throughout the day, leading to weight loss without even noticing. Eggs provide high-quality protein, and also contain 12 types of vitamins and minerals, among which B vitamins help improve memory.

3. Nuts: High in fiber, protein, beneficial for heart health and anti-aging, these are the advantages of nuts. However, due to their high fat content, moderate consumption is key. Experts believe that whether it's almonds, peanuts, walnuts, or hazelnuts, consuming no more than half an ounce per day is best.

4. Kiwifruit: Known as the "King of Fruits," kiwifruit is packed with dense nutrients. One kiwifruit can meet your daily vitamin C needs, and it also provides abundant vitamin A, dietary fiber, and potassium. Kiwifruit is also convenient to eat; simply cut it in half with a knife and scoop it out with a spoon, just like ice cream.

5. Beans: Eating more beans is good for the heart, as the insoluble fiber they contain can effectively lower cholesterol, while some soluble fibers help remove waste from the body. Additionally, beans contain protein, carbohydrates, magnesium, and potassium. Experts suggest eating beans at least three times a week.

6. Vegetables: This kind of vegetable is both delicious and common, containing vitamin A, C, and vitamin K, which is beneficial for bone growth. Even beta-carotene, which is usually found in yellow plants like carrots and oranges, is present in large quantities in broccoli.

7. Dried fruits: Pineapple chips, apricot chips, and other dried fruits retain most of the vitamins and beneficial elements found in fresh fruit during the dehydration process. Besides abundant vitamins, dried fruits also contain large amounts of iron and potassium. The sugar content in dried fruits is lower than that in regular fruits, making them less likely to cause weight gain and a great snack option.
