Here I would like to borrow an article from my classmate Xiao Panpan to introduce my former home - Tencent (Tencent), where I lived and worked for two years. All big companies should be the same, although they are very enthusiastic about welcoming visitors, the security guards at the gate always recognize the employee ID, not the person. Therefore, don't expect to get into the company just by becoming familiar with the guards. Usually, you will be stopped and asked for your ID, and if you don't have one, you need to register. The average age of all employees at Tencent should be around 26 years old. Youth, vitality, and passion are the biggest characteristics. This sign is quite likable, holding a pen and standing sideways makes it look like celebrities signing autographs. The QQ logo should be deeply ingrained in everyone's mind, isn't it cute? :) The business leisure area for rest looks pretty good when the lights are on, this is probably the working environment for young white-collar workers. ^_^ Magazines in the leisure area, the one in the middle of the second row is quite nice. The TV is big enough, the sofa is soft enough, it looks very much like home. I think Tencent is trying to create such a feeling, the biggest impression its office environment gives people is familiarity and naturalness. Take a closer look at the flowers submerged in the water, they are white roses and red roses. :) Meeting room: spacious, bright, multifunctional, simple but not simplistic. Tencent's promotional posters. Recently, Tencent's corporate culture, the Rui Xue activity. Demanding and encouraging employees from the details, this is impressive. Few companies naturally form a dedicated cultural system. It advocates employees' life details, work details, not going against the elevator direction, saving office paper, no smoking in the office area, maintaining cleanliness in the restroom, etc., a series of issues. Tencent's book bar, books are for self-service reading, self-registration, and returning, so it can be seen that the overall quality of the company's employees is quite good. Tencent highly respects the company Google, there are aspects worth learning from. The charity box, filled with employees' small but heartfelt donations for disaster-stricken areas. Tencent's vision is to become a respected company among internet enterprises. Therefore, the entire company does exceptionally well in the details. Various donations are quietly ongoing, being low-key is another characteristic of the company. Microwave ovens, coffee, and tea, all free to drink here. Although the tea doesn't taste as professional as in cafes, it still satisfies those who like tea and coffee. :) Doesn't it look very much like home? I really like this atmosphere. Tencent's exclusive pencils, with the Tencent logo. The pencils are beautiful and can't be bought outside. ^_^ The exterior view, looking up from the building's base, layer upon layer, somewhat dizzying. This is a major feature of Shenzhen, square buildings with metallic luster, representing the economy, development, and accumulated energy waiting to burst forth. There is also a Tencent office area (5-9F) opposite the Feiyada Building in the TCL building, but there are more TCL people there, so just take a look, it looks very beautiful~~
