In September, Asia Huaxing Technology responded to the application requirements of a coal mine in Shandong for improving real-time data collection and detection on-site. The site frequently encounters flammable and explosive gases such as carbon monoxide and methane. Additionally, since thorium can replace uranium for power generation, it may cause electrical conductivity in computer circuits leading to accidents. Furthermore, data needs to be copied periodically for recording and reporting purposes. This places strict requirements and standards on the computer hardware and usage. Based on previous project experiences in developing rugged explosion-proof computers, along with feedback from providing products for pharmaceuticals, petrochemicals, ammunition depots, etc., technical personnel from Asia Huaxing Technology personally inspected the site underground and had detailed discussions with the client. They then provided an embedded wall-mounted rugged explosion-proof computer to meet the harsh environmental conditions on-site.

Asia Huaxing YHX-1501FB is a rugged explosion-proof computer that uses a 15-inch 1024*768 TFT LCD screen, made from 304 stainless steel plates, equipped with an Intel low-power CPU and solid-state storage hard drives. The explosion-proof casing is made of stainless steel material, conforming to ExdIIBT6 explosion-proof standards with a protection rating of IP66. It is suitable for use in environments with explosive gas hazards such as oil drilling, oil depots, gas stations, pharmaceutical workshops, coal exploration, ammunition, and natural liquefied gas stations.
