12 Facial Yoga Poses for Quick Detox and Slimming

Step 1: First, take about a coin-sized amount of massage cream with your fingertips, then warm the cream slightly by rubbing it between your fingertips.

Step 8: Place the area between your thumb and index finger along the side of your face, pushing horizontally from the side of your nose outward toward your ear, repeating this action six to eight times.

Step 9: Place your middle and ring fingers at the center of your chin, sliding along the lip edges to the philtrum, then horizontally from the philtrum to the ears, and finally massage the acupoint behind the earlobe, repeating six to eight times.

Step 10: With the tips of your four fingers placed along the wrinkle lines, pull and slide towards the ears from inside out, repeating three to five times.

Step 11: Use the palm of your hand tightly against your chin, pulling and sliding along the jawline contour upwards to the ears, and pressing the acupoint on the neck below the ears, repeating six to eight times.

Step 12: Again, lift the neck skin with the tips of your four fingers, repeating six to eight times.

Complete! Finally, massage from the cheeks down to the clavicle area six to eight times, taking the toxins away from your face.
