What do you think is the significance of this meeting for the floor heating industry in the Liaoning-Shenyang area?
Mr. Lin: This press conference is the largest event in the floor heating industry in the Liaoning-Shenyang area, with profound implications for the development of the floor heating industry itself. It plays a guiding role in the further implementation of floor heating standard policies by quality inspection departments, as well as how developers and consumers recognize and use floor heating. Especially, the announcement of some trustworthy brands and leading brands has played a positive role in promoting rational consumption among consumers. This grand event is a milestone in the development of the floor heating industry and will lead to the healthy development of the floor heating industry.
Host: The large-scale public welfare event "Using Floor Heating, Experiencing Floor Heating, Interpreting Floor Heating" resolved some issues that have been troubling consumers. What do you think are the main misconceptions among consumers, and how should they be addressed?

Mr. Lin: The development of the floor heating industry in Liaoning can be divided into three stages. The first stage is from 1993 to 2000, the cognition period of the floor heating industry. During this time, market demand was very low, with only a few hundred thousand square meters per year, mainly limited to high-end hotels, swimming pools, and villas. Each project of 1,000 to 2,000 square meters was considered a large project. At this time, consumer confusion outweighed recognition, and the floor heating industry was still in its infancy. The second stage is from 2001 to 2004, the initial development phase of floor heating. Market share increased from a few hundred thousand square meters per year to several million square meters. Developers also used floor heating as a feature of their properties in marketing campaigns, attracting many buyers. From 2005 to the present, it is the development phase of the floor heating industry. With the booming development of real estate projects, there have been new changes in the heating sector, and floor heating has become increasingly popular. Consumers have recognized the advantages of floor heating, and during home renovations, many users have replaced traditional radiators with floor heating systems. Promoting floor heating in every corner is much better than individual companies' independent advertising efforts. Mr. Lin: Dongnuan was founded in 1998, in a market environment where floor heating was not yet recognized by consumers. At that time, we faced many challenges. Making consumers understand something unfamiliar that will accompany them for life was a difficult task. The resistance encountered in market operations was far greater than today. The characteristics of floor heating—saving space, energy efficiency, environmental friendliness, and quietness—determined its promising market prospects, which is the key reason why the company sees potential in floor heating.
