At the scene, reporters observed that among the three cars, some had their hoods damaged, others had their rear ends deeply dented, and still others were deformed from the impact, leaving the area in disarray. The drivers of the two cars that were rear-ended were quite helpless, complaining endlessly in the cold wind, while the female driver, aware of her fault, remained inside with her windows rolled up, ignoring the repeated questioning from the two drivers.
The drivers of the rear-ended cars quickly called the police, who subsequently arrived at the scene to conduct an investigation and handle the situation. It was learned that this female driver had not held her license for very long, and due to an operational error, she caused a three-car chain collision, taking full responsibility for the accident.
