At the event titled "The Launch Ceremony of the 2012 Employment Support Month Campaign in Shenbei New District" held at the Shenbei New District Employment Service Core, there was a special job fair for disabled individuals seeking employment and laid-off/unemployed workers. The District Disabled Persons' Federation organized 56 unemployed disabled individuals to participate in this job fair. More than 30 companies, including Dekosmil Automotive Parts Co., Ltd., participated with over 100 job positions available. Over ten people reached tentative employment agreements.

This information was reported by a journalist on December 22nd from the Shenbei New District Disabled Persons' Federation.

It is understood that this job fair was hosted by the Labor Bureau of Shenbei New District and co-organized by relevant units such as the District Trade Union and the District Disabled Persons' Federation. The disabled participants organized by the Shenbei New District Disabled Persons' Federation included deaf individuals, physically disabled individuals, and those with mild intellectual disabilities.

At the job fair, the unemployed disabled individuals who attended had the opportunity to connect with various companies, inquire about opportunities, and seek positions suitable to their conditions through a process of mutual selection. Companies chose candidates based on merit. Those not selected will have the opportunity to attend vocational training courses organized by the District Disabled Persons' Federation to learn professional skills, enhancing their abilities for future integration into society. This aims to empower the disabled community to change their destinies through their own skills and contribute back to society. Additionally, the Peace District plans to establish employment support positions to encourage and support the disabled in choosing careers or starting businesses independently, allowing them to fully realize their potential and participate in society with greater dignity.
