We are the Movie Satellite Channel Program Production Center of the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television for the movie Blue Valentine, responsible for program production and broadcasting on several TV channels including CCTV-6 Movie Channel, CHC Home Theater, and CHC Action Channel.
Recently, we have continuously received calls from the public asking whether Zibo Chuangjia Culture Communication Co., Ltd. (Zibo Chuangjia Film and Television Communication Co., Ltd.) has co-produced the movie "Angels Can't Fly" with CCTV-6.
After our investigation, we have never signed any co-production agreements with the aforementioned company. Hereby, we solemnly declare:
First, any entity or individual who uses our center's name, including "CCTV-6 of China Central Television," without our permission to organize or solicit relevant activities is infringing upon our legitimate rights.
Second, our center reserves the right to hold Zibo Chuangjia Culture Communication Co., Ltd. (Zibo Chuangjia Film and Television Communication Co., Ltd.) legally accountable for their actions.
Third, we urge the general public who love the film industry and follow CCTV-6 Movie Channel to be vigilant. If you encounter such situations, please consult our center as soon as possible to prevent being deceived.
