Fault Analysis: When using a multimeter ohm range to measure the resistance between the live wire and neutral wire of the power cord plug through the start switch, no normal 4.5Ω DC resistance value for the water inlet solenoid valve coil or 40Ω resistance value for the drainage solenoid coil was detected. After removing the program controller's protective cover and conducting an operational test, the fault disappeared again, and the resistance values of both solenoid valves were measured as normal. The reason is that the external plastic lever for pushing the contacts does not have as large a movement amplitude as when the protective cover is removed, and the moving blade is not straight but curls upwards, causing it to rub against the inner wall of the housing and become obstructed, leading to inadequate contact of the points.
