I have just returned from Italy, where I attended the 68th Venice Film Festival, which was a deeply meaningful experience. During this event, Huang Shengyi made four appearances on the red carpet, each with a different style. My goal was to present a side of Huang Shengyi that is different from what people are used to seeing...
For her first appearance at the opening ceremony of the Venice Film Festival, Huang Shengyi wore a "Heavenly Pearl" dress, showcasing a Chinese aesthetic. Since she also brought the movie "The Legend of the White Snake" to the festival, it was important to give the Venetians a unique Chinese charm. Her hairstyle featured a vintage Chinese updo, creating an overall coordinated look. The makeup focused on retro upward eye liner and voluminous lashes, keeping the rest of the makeup simple due to the already intricate design of the dress.
For her second appearance at the global premiere press conference of "The Legend of the White Snake," she opted for a white dress with lace details, giving off an ethereal feel. To complement this, we chose a natural elegant half-up hairstyle, allowing her natural beauty to shine through. The makeup was fresh and minimalistic, focusing on enhancing her eyes with clearly defined lashes and using nude tones for the eyeshadow and lipstick.
Her third appearance was at the global premiere of "The Legend of the White Snake." This was my favorite outfit - a chic and simple fish-tail champagne-colored sheer gown adorned with ostrich feathers, exuding elegance. For her hair, we went with loose curls placed over her back, resembling a mermaid, sexy yet graceful. The makeup remained simple, avoiding overly done-up looks.
For her final appearance at the global premiere of "Contagion," we chose a new dress that exuded a cool sensuality. The hairstyle was a sleek low ponytail, creating a cool yet not rigid look. The makeup featured a subtle smoky eye and matte peach-toned lipstick, maintaining a minimalist and sophisticated style.
These were the four stunning appearances of Huang Shengyi at the Venice Film Festival. The same Shengyi, but with different charms. Every stylist may interpret her differently, and I aimed to showcase her serene and elegant side... Additionally, we shot nearly 18 sets of fashion photos during this trip, which will be shared soon!

I believe that both men and women should be rational about 'love'. If someone truly loves you, they wouldn't go to someone else's bed; if they truly love you, they would do everything possible to protect you. What use is it to believe in false promises? People should live more realistically and not let love cloud their judgment...
