Fault Analysis: Based on the fault phenomenon, there is a problem with the washing machine's drainage system.

Fault Inspection: Upon checking the drain valve, it was found to be malfunctioning. The reason for this is that excessive force was used during operation, causing the valve stem of the drain valve to disengage from two slide valves. This resulted in the rubber valve at the end of the valve stem not being able to make concentric contact with the flat surface of the drain hole, thereby causing leakage. The drain valve stem of the washing machine is located on the inside of the cycle rod. It not only serves as a drain valve but also has an automatic overflow function. By loosening the screws around the operation control panel and rotating the operation panel bracket forward by an angle, the drain valve stem can be found in the middle horizontal position. Reinserting it back into the grooves on both sides and then testing the machine revealed that the leakage issue persisted. Further inspection showed that the rubber valve lip was cracked, leading to the leakage. After replacing the rubber valve and conducting another test, the washing machine operated normally, and the fault was resolved.
