(1) During maintenance, safe electricity use is crucial. Before inspecting the equipment, carefully read the usage instructions for the electrical testing instruments and strictly adhere to the technical specifications and requirements for using the instruments and meters safely.
(2) Before checking the cause of equipment failure, first unplug the power cord and carefully examine the insulation of the wires, whether the electrical components are damp, and if there is a grounding protection device. In humid seasons, confirm that the equipment is properly grounded before proceeding with repairs. When powering on the machine for testing, avoid touching the electrical components with wet hands. When moving the equipment, disconnect the power first.
(3) During maintenance, ensure reliable wiring connections. If the equipment emits an unusual smell, produces abnormal noise, or overheats, stop the repair immediately and conduct an inspection. After unplugging the power cord, wait 3 to 5 minutes before inserting it back into the power outlet.
(4) Do not use other metal wires as substitutes for fuses and strictly follow the regulations for replacements. Do not use regular adhesive tape or non-insulating materials as substitutes for electrical tape.
(5) All electrical measuring instruments, equipment, and appliances used in maintenance must be regularly inspected. Any identified safety hazards must be promptly addressed. During the maintenance process, if you temporarily leave the site or are not using the tools, cut off the power.
(6) During maintenance, chemical cleaning agents are frequently handled. Maintenance personnel must understand the properties of these chemicals and use them safely.
(7) Chemical substances such as alcohol, anhydrous calcium chloride, methanol, and gasoline should be stored in dry, well-ventilated areas and kept away from heat sources. Avoid collisions when using them, and after use, promptly seal the containers and store them in safe locations.
(8) Cotton rags or paper shreds soaked in chemical substances or gasoline must not be discarded carelessly.
