Recruitment Positions:

One, Architectural Designer

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 3 years of experience in architectural design or architectural design management at a Class A design institute or real estate company;

2. Familiar with on-site construction, drawing preparation, relevant design software, and related regulations, with a mid-level or higher professional title;

Two, Structural Designer

Five, Interior Designer

1. More than 3 years of relevant work experience, with more than 2 years of experience in real estate interior decoration design management, with certain indoor decoration construction site management experience;

2. Excellent Chinese language skills and oral expression abilities, proficient in design drawing software;

3. Coordinate, communicate, and cooperate on interior design work for commercial and luxury properties, assist the department manager in controlling the design effect and design progress, collect relevant materials for interior use, and cooperate with cost estimation;

4. Responsible for exchanging drawings at each stage with the design institute and registering them, distributing them to the corresponding functional departments of the company according to different uses of the drawings; establish a drawing issuance ledger, and keep records of archives;

Six, Landscape Designer

1. Responsible for compiling and improving the engineering management procedures and quality management guidelines for the projects in charge.

2. Master the content and process requirements of engineering drawings in this specialty, the selection requirements of materials, responsible for reviewing engineering drawings within the scope of this specialty.

3. Responsible for completing the entire process management and coordination work of this specialty from determining the plan, entrusting design, bidding, handling various construction approval procedures, to organizing the construction unit to enter the site and construct.

4. Supervise the progress, quality, and safety civilization of this specialty construction to ensure compliance with contract requirements.

5. According to construction drawings, construction contracts, and supply contracts, review and accept the materials and equipment provided by Party A and Party B in the landscape project, and arrange for the supervisory unit and construction unit to conduct sampling and retesting work.

4. Preferably have experience in cost estimation work in real estate construction units and have the ability to estimate water and electricity installation costs.

Ten, Civil Construction Cost Engineer

1. Bachelor's degree or above in architecture, cost estimation, budget, or related fields, with more than 2 years of work experience in the real estate construction industry or equivalent job experience;

2. Familiar with relevant material market conditions and price information, with strong commercial negotiation skills;

3. Strong execution, learning ability, team spirit, and professional ethics;

4. Budget settlement, full-process tracking audit.

5. Proficient in using relevant software.

Eleven, Installation Cost Engineer

1. Familiar with tender documents and relevant items specified in the engineering contract.

2. Based on budget quotas, construction progress plans, and building installation economic regulations, technical measures, prepare construction drawing budgets.

3. Conduct careful cost analysis for sub-distribution, sub-items, and each team, supply analysis.

4. Collect and organize completion data, prepare construction settlements. Responsible for reviewing construction budgets and settlements, analyze, summarize, and list project labor plans, material plans, machinery plans, indirect classifications, and other management data when reviewing budgets.

5. Prepare material control plans for individual projects, report temporary facility fee indicators and on-site expense indicators when reporting to the company, participate in the formulation of project department management responsibility statements.

6. Participate in project bidding work, take charge of quotation compilation, propose break-even control plans and economic comparative analysis, keep bid prices confidential.
