Fault Phenomenon: Reports indoor/outdoor unit communication failure showing E9.

Repair Process: After on-site inspection by the service center, it was determined that the external board was damaged. After replacing the external board, the fault was not resolved, and after replacing the internal board, the fault still persisted. Upon my arrival, I inquired about the fault phenomenon from the user. The user reported that the machine worked normally before the rain, but after the rain, the E9 fault appeared. Additionally, the indoor and outdoor units had a 7-meter extended connection pipe, leading to the conclusion that the wiring was also extended. After using a safety grounding wire as a substitute for the No. 3 communication line, the machine functioned normally during testing, and then the connecting wire was replaced.

Repair Measures: Replacing the connecting wire restored the machine to normal operation.
