Bosch Washing Machine Repair Technical Analysis; Washing Motor Suddenly Stops

Fault Phenomenon: During the washing process, the washing motor suddenly stops rotating.

Analysis and Inspection: The general reason for the motor suddenly stopping is a break in the circuit. Based on the principle of the washing machine's electrical system, the faulty part should be identified. Plug in the power plug, if the washing machine is put into the spin-drying state, test whether the spin-drying motor rotates. If the spin-drying motor rotates, it indicates that the fault lies on the washing side; if the spin-drying motor does not rotate either, it suggests that the fault lies in the circuit shared by both the washing and spin-drying motors. After inspection, the spin-drying motor also does not rotate, leading to the conclusion that the fault reasons are: 1. Power cord wire break; 2. Fuse blowout. First, remove the fuse and measure it with a multimeter, which shows an open circuit.

Troubleshooting Measures: Replace the fuse with one of the same specification, and the fault will be resolved.
