Xinhua News Agency report: In recent days, some forums in Lishui and Qingtian have been discussing a murder case.

The incident occurred in a high-end villa complex in Hecheng Town, Qingtian County. Two people were unfortunately killed: a 59-year-old man surnamed Zhou, and a five-year-old girl.

The police stated that the murders were discovered on November 12th.

At around 2:30 PM on that day, after receiving an alarm from the public, the Qingtian police immediately activated the homicide investigation mechanism, and leaders of the city and county public security bureaus immediately led investigators, technicians, and relevant personnel to the scene. After examining the scene and conducting interviews, it was preliminarily determined to be a homicide.

It is understood that the deceased, Mr. Zhou, was a Qingtian native who emigrated to Italy and was a relatively successful businessman. People familiar with the situation said that Mr. Zhou was righteous and generous. In his early years abroad, he often helped compatriots in difficulty and had a high reputation within the community.

As for the relationship between the girl and Mr. Zhou, the police did not disclose more detailed information.

After the murder case occurred, the Qingtian County Public Security Bureau took it very seriously. While conducting meticulous on-site investigations and situation inquiries, they set up roadblocks at the main intersections leading to surrounding areas and cities in Qingtian County to check passing vehicles and pedestrians.

The police recently released a brief account of the case and issued a reward notice. Anyone providing valuable clues will be rewarded with RMB 30,000, and anyone helping the public security authorities directly apprehend the suspect will be rewarded with RMB 50,000.
