Speaking of teachers' professional ethics! www.zp-hunan.com

The choice I made in my childhood led me to a career in early childhood education. Over the years, more than ten years have quietly slipped away in the ordinary and calmness of daily life. I haven't achieved any remarkable accomplishments or performed any astonishing heroic deeds, but until today, I still remain steadfast in this profession. I can't say that I am extremely passionate about this job, and I dare not claim how much I've sacrificed for it, but precisely in this ordinariness and simplicity, I interpret the value of an ordinary kindergarten teacher through the professional ethics of a teacher!

When it comes to teacher ethics, people immediately think of words like role model, dedication to one's post, selfless contribution... But I feel that modern-day kindergarten teachers should also possess lively and open personalities, positive emotions, and a team spirit that integrates into a group.

All ethical requirements for teachers are based on the teacher's character because the charm of teacher ethics mainly manifests through personality traits. I have an open and optimistic personality. Every day, I bring a good attitude to work and greet the children with a smile. Seeing parents trustingly hand their children over to me, and watching the children happily play under my guidance, I feel that this is the value and meaning of my work. The work in a kindergarten is tedious and stressful, and our private school teachers receive low wages, but I face all this calmly, not getting bogged down by personal gains or losses, nor bringing personal emotions into work. It can be said that every day, I treat each child sincerely with a gentle mindset and full enthusiasm, eliminating the pursuit of fame and profit, avoiding shortcuts, and using a calm and cheerful attitude to do practical things.

A teacher's love for students, briefly called "teacher love," is at the core of teacher ethics. Children in kindergartens are like tender seedlings that need the care and nurturing of a "gardener." I also have a 6-year-old daughter, and as a mother, I pour all my love into her growth, which is selfless and devoted. Whenever my daughter makes some progress in life or study, I become very happy, and this joy can dispel the fatigue of a day's work. Each child is a mother's treasure, and during many years of working with young children, I have treated all children as if they were my own daughter. This has allowed me to deeply realize that caring for children, loving each child passionately like a mother, brings meaning. When children are healthy, happy, and make progress in learning, you will feel joy and find happiness in your work.

Kindergarten work requires cooperation from various personnel to function excellently, which requires teachers to possess excellent "team spirit." Team spirit, in four simple characters, means communication, trust, unity, collaboration, cooperation, and mutual assistance. A kindergarten is a big family, and only by integrating into this large family can individuals improve and experience the joy of work, allowing the kindergarten to develop successfully.

Take last semester, for example. The kindergarten sent me for training in DV shooting and post-production. Since I knew nothing about this field, even after two days of training, I was at a loss when faced with a fully English-mode interface. After returning, I thought since the kindergarten had sent me for training, I should produce something worthwhile. So, I looked up materials every night at home and sought advice from experts on forums.

The teachers in our electro-education group also encouraged me, giving me great confidence. In April, the city electro-education center held a selection event for classroom recordings, and the deadline was tight — we had to complete the shooting and production of four classes within two days. I decisively took on this challenging task. Being a novice, I had to learn and produce simultaneously, so those two days, I barely slept. Eventually, all four classes won first prizes. Seeing my work being recognized and the delighted faces of the teachers in our electro-education group, I felt that my efforts had paid off. In May, the senior class needed to produce a graduation DVD, and the teachers in our electro-education group discussed and planned together. During the seven-day "May Day" holiday, I spent the entire time at home carefully producing the electronic DVD for the Star Class. Indeed, I gave up my rest time for the DV shooting and production, often pondering late into the night. However, I gained a lot: increased knowledge, the laughter of the children, approval from colleagues, and rewards from the kindergarten. It is precisely because of my love for this team that I seriously studied, worked selflessly, and contributed wholeheartedly. It is in such a team that I experienced the joy of cooperation and appreciated the fun of work.

Therefore, teacher ethics — are not just simple preaching, but a spiritual manifestation, a profound embodiment of knowledge and cultural refinement! Teacher ethics require cultivation, education, and most importantly — self-cultivation from each teacher! I wish to dedicate my love to this land that I cherish so much, to let my love inspire every child I have taught. In my life, there is no need for grandiose gestures; as long as I continue the virtues of being a teacher, I will achieve my life's value in continuous self-reflection, self-growth, self-perfection, and self-transcendence.
