All illegal structures at Yuang Mengzhuang have been demolished
For many years, the stores at Yuang Mengzhuang have been operating outside of their premises and various vendors have been setting up stalls along the road. This has seriously affected the passage of vehicles and pedestrians alike. The fire lane has been completely blocked causing a significant safety hazard to exist. At the same time, there is no property management department in the community. Business operators and residents within the community do not consciously abide by relevant laws and regulations or fulfill their related obligations. This has caused market order chaos to appear in the Yuang Meng Zhuang community. For many years, the dirty, messy and poor conditions have seriously affected citizens’ normal lives.
According to reports, in two days law enforcement officers have dismantled fixed sheds belonging to six businesses, 28 fixed cement platforms and seven dilapidated rain shelters. They also rectified more than 50 cases of pavement trading. All of this has ensured that the fire lane remains unblocked and eliminated any safety hazards. The dirty, messy and poor conditions that have for many years affected citizens' lives have now effectively eased.
