The hotel owner, Wang Xiaohua, is 28 years old this year. After graduation, he worked as a foreign branch sales manager in Wuhan. By chance, he saw online that job search apartments in Shanghai were very popular, so the idea of entrepreneurship germinated. Last year, Wang Xiaohua quit his job and made full preparations, opening the apartment earlier this year. Hoping for smooth job hunting for seekers, he named it 66 Job Apartment.
Different from ordinary hotels, 66 Apartments will only accept recent college graduates and those who have graduated a few years back and are looking for work. Therefore, they require tenants to provide qualification certificates. Unidentified individuals or those without job-seeking intentions are not allowed to stay.
