Wang Xiaohua's job apartment has been open for half a year now, and the number of tenants has gradually increased, making the income more stable. He is prepared to open a second one near the Wuchang train station.

Yesterday afternoon, the reporter visited the job apartment in Shen Jia Wan Garden in the Wuchang District. The apartment consists of a set of rooms adapted from a forty-bed dormitory, a living room equipped with computers and television. The four rooms are transformed into two double-bed rooms, two four-bed rooms, and one eight-bed room, totaling 18 beds. Men and women live separately, and lovers are not allowed to stay together. Accommodation charges are by the day, with the most expensive option being only 10 yuan per day.

The hotel owner, Wang Xiaohua, is 28 years old this year. After graduation, he worked as a foreign branch sales manager in Wuhan. By chance, he saw online that job search apartments in Shanghai were very popular, so the idea of entrepreneurship germinated. Last year, Wang Xiaohua quit his job and made full preparations, opening the apartment earlier this year. Hoping for smooth job hunting for seekers, he named it 66 Job Apartment.

Different from ordinary hotels, 66 Apartments will only accept recent college graduates and those who have graduated a few years back and are looking for work. Therefore, they require tenants to provide qualification certificates. Unidentified individuals or those without job-seeking intentions are not allowed to stay.

Sports Network (AFP reporter Nie Lijuan) reports that it's not just about seeing an ID at this hotel; academic certificates are also required. People older than 35 who are not college-educated cannot stay, and mixed-gender living is not allowed. Have you ever seen such special admission requirements in any hotel?

Wang told reporters that every night, many job seekers come back to chat in the living room, learning from each other's experiences and analyzing problems together.
