Superman Pickled Cabbage's Eleventh Lesson: Pickled Cabbage and the Eagle
Since learning to leap across walls from a cat, Pickled Cabbage has felt that walking is too slow. He developed a desire to fly and always wanted to learn from the eagle as his master.
However, unlike weasels and cats, the eagle looked down on pickled cabbage and was unwilling to take him as a disciple. After much pestering, the eagle had no choice but to say: "Pickled Cabbage, flying is not about technique or ability, it's about courage. Dare you sit on my back and fly around?"
Without hesitation, Pickled Cabbage agreed. But when he really sat on the eagle's back and flew high into the sky, he felt like he was about to fall off. Scared, his whole body trembled. Just as he was about to shout for help, he thought of Rose and immediately became strong. No matter whether the eagle dived or flew diagonally, he just held tightly onto the eagle's neck, letting the wind howl in his ears and clouds swirl around him. As long as he could become a superman and marry Rose, even if it cost him his life, he would be willing.
After flying a few rounds, the eagle praised Pickled Cabbage for his bravery. But when Pickled Cabbage asked him to teach him, the eagle was at a loss, saying that Pickled Cabbage had no wings and wasn't light enough. How could he teach him? The eagle flies high and has high standards.
In the seventh episode of Superman Pickled Cabbage, Pickled Cabbage started to worry after realizing his smelly skills. He dreamed that one day Rose would come to him for help. One day, he thought that even if he became a superman with this stinky appearance, what impression would Rose have of him? This made him very troubled. Originally, Pickled Cabbage's skill wasn't as convenient as a weasel's fart. So, he decided to seek out the sparrow, who flew low, to see if he could teach him. The sparrow also said that Pickled Cabbage had no wings and couldn't teach him. He suggested that Pickled Cabbage go find the cicada because the cicada was originally a crawling insect without wings, but later somehow grew wings and flew.
When Pickled Cabbage found the cicada, the cicada was also at a loss, saying that their wings were a gift from the Creator and naturally grew out. She herself didn't know how it happened, just like humans giving birth or trees sprouting. They themselves don't know exactly how they went from nothing to something. Pickled Cabbage asked the cicada if there were other ways, so the cicada let him ask the fly. Because the fly originally lived in sewage but later grew a pair of wings, it must have some way.
So Pickled Cabbage went to find the fly. The fly told him that there was an old witch on North Mountain. If you wanted anything, just ask her, and she would give you advice. However, the old witch was very strange, and most people were afraid to see her and it was hard to meet her.
Upon hearing that he needed to find the witch, Pickled Cabbage knew he had no choice. He asked the fly in detail about the witch's whereabouts and began to enter the mountain to look for the old witch.
