On December 31, 2003 at 16:00 PM, citizen Zhang Xia captured a black Nissan Bluebird car with license plate number Jin A11669 parked illegally. The owner of the car is Wang Min. The driver or owner of the violating vehicle should report to the traffic police team on Tai'an Road starting from tomorrow within 7 days (next to the intersection of Tai'an Road and Da Gu Road in Heping District). If the penalty is not accepted within the time limit, the traffic management department will hold the car owner responsible and suspend the annual inspection of the vehicle.
The participating photos should be submitted to the local or county driving association or the municipal driving association secretariat within 5 days after the violation occurs.
