Have you ever heard of the Battle of Los Angeles? Just a few weeks after the attack on Pearl Harbor, everyone was extremely panicked and paranoid about World War II. A spaceship from another world or dimension hovered over a pitch-black Los Angeles, which was under blackout and filled with terrified residents, in the middle of the night. Under the watchful eyes of hundreds of thousands of residents, it was attacked by dozens of ground troops using anti-aircraft guns that fired nearly 2000 high-explosive bombs weighing 12 pounds each.
