Hypnosis

Psychoanalysis is a very mysterious thing. I believe everyone has, to some extent, been exposed to knowledge in this field. Holding books by Freud and Jung, people can't tell if they're studying philosophy, aesthetics, medicine, or just satisfying their own curiosity. But without a doubt, it was they who laid the foundation for psychoanalysis and psychotherapy. Whenever we think of the treatment of mental illness, hypnotherapy comes to mind first. Freud once heavily used hypnotherapy to solve psychological disorders in his early years, but eventually he reached a higher realm, viewing hypnotherapy merely as one means of treating mental disorders and ultimately forming a systematic method of psychoanalysis. Hypnotherapy is one of the main methods for treating mental illness, mysterious and enigmatic, and the general public seems unable to learn more about it. Today at work, a young girl sent me a video link on MSN. It was a program about hypnosis from "Ruyu's Appointment." I watched it all during lunch, and I'll post it here to share with everyone.
