On the afternoon of February 13, the hospital's Youth League Committee convened a young physician symposium in the meeting room on the third floor of the administrative building as part of the large discussion activity titled "What Can I Do for the Hospital’s Development?" Attending the symposium were directors of departments, masters and doctoral graduate students, and other mid-to-young-aged elite members of the hospital from clinical and medical technology departments.
At the symposium, everyone, from the perspective of hospital construction and development, based on their own professional duties and departmental business realities, proposed many constructive opinions and suggestions regarding talent cultivation, teaching and research, medical services, information construction, and more. This fully displayed the deep affection and dedication of our hospital's mid-to-young-aged elites, who love the hospital, their positions, and are committed to innovation and development.
Hospital leaders Xu De, Chen Jinguo, Wang Yaming, Ding Hua, and relevant functional department heads attended the symposium (Puzhou First Hospital). Regarding the opinions and suggestions gathered during the symposium, the hospital's Youth League Committee will conduct an归纳(induction) and整理(organization), then submit them to the President's Office Meeting for approval before ensuring proper rectification and implementation.
