The message from Jingchu Network (Chutian Fengjie City Report, Jilin Yu Hao, Interns Deng Qian and Liu Huan): Yu, a road traffic maintenance worker, died under the wheels of a large truck. Was the driver guilty of intentional homicide or causing a traffic accident? Yesterday, this tragic case was heard in Wuhan Intermediate People's Court, where the prosecution and defense engaged in heated debate.

Dongguan charged that on the afternoon of August 15 last year, Li drove a panel van to transport goods from Wuhan to Anhui. At around 8 PM, when the vehicle reached the Xinzhou section, due to road repairs requiring vehicle diversion, Yu, responsible for road maintenance, stopped the vehicle and prevented the truck from moving forward.

Li's younger brother got out of the car to negotiate with Yu, but they ended up struggling and fighting. The driver, Li, disregarding Yu falling in front of the car, continued driving forward, squeezing and dragging Yu under the car until he died.

According to the testimony later provided by Li's younger brother to the police: "At that time, Yu ran in front of the car, grabbed the wiper to stop the car from moving forward. But my brother didn't stop, so I got out of the car to pull Yu. Yu sat down on the ground, one hand grabbing the license plate, shouting loudly at another person to place a no-entry sign in front of the car... Then I pulled Yu to the right side of the car, my brother stepped on the gas pedal and drove past..."

Eyewitness Zuo confirmed that when Yu, covered in blood, was found, he was already 200 meters away from where he had initially stopped the car.

The prosecution charged that Li drove the car causing the death of the road maintenance worker, constituting intentional homicide. However, Li's defense lawyer argued that Li had no grudge against the victim, "the victim himself ran in front of the car to block it, which was also a fault," and there was no direct evidence from Dongguan proving that Li dragged the victim with the car. Therefore, this case should be classified as a traffic accident.

The court did not announce the verdict in court. Smoking can indeed cause erectile dysfunction (ED), just like obesity, age, cardiovascular disease, and high blood lipids are risk factors for ED. Moreover, smokers have about 5 times higher risk of suffering from ED than non-smokers.

Since many people consider smoking merely a bad habit and do not directly associate ED with smoking.

However, smoking hinders sufficient blood flow to every part of the body, leading to poor blood circulation in the penis, reducing oxygen supply, thereby causing ED.
