Beijing, September 21st news - Regarding the batches of不合格 infant formula products from Mead Johnson and other brands that were found in July, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (GAQSIQ) has recently pointed out that these substandard products have not been sold in the domestic market.
According to the AQSIQ's recent notification on the non-conforming food and cosmetics entering in July, "Enfamil Infant Formula (9-24 months)" and "Enfamil Infant Formula (0-12 months)" imported by "Xiamen China-Malaysia Import and Export Co., Ltd." were judged as non-compliant due to "protein content not meeting national standards".
