In response to the constantly-exposed events of babysitter sleepover in various places, Shanghai Municipal Association of Family Service Industry and other organizations drafting municipal domestic contract terms proposed to ban "babysitter sleepover". It was reported that the first municipal domestic contract had already taken shape. The latest draft for comments of the contract is divided into two texts: employment system and agency system. Both contract texts explicitly stated that it is not allowed to arrange that a babysitter cohabits with people of the opposite sex in the same age group.
